All bookings are pre-paid. Understanding our cancellation terms before you book protects both you and the service. Straightforward. No small print surprises.
في 株式会社 Driver Japan／カブシキカイシャ ドライバージャパン، نحن ملتزمون بتقديم خدمات النقل الخاص الفاخرة. نظراً للتوفر المحدد ولضمان العدالة والكفاءة، جميع الحجوزات مدفوعة مسبقاً وتخضع للشروط التالية:
سياسة الإلغاء
Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of your total booking amount, based on how far in advance you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time.

Rescheduling depends on how much notice you give. All rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.

إعادة الجدولة تخضع لتوفر المركبة. إذا كانت المركبة متاحة، سيتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية لإعادة الجدولة بقيمة ¥5,000. إذا لم تكن المركبة متاحة، سيخضع الحجز لسياسة الإلغاء.

A grace period applies at every pickup. After it ends, waiting fees apply in 15-minute increments.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing. Processing times and non-refundable charges are below.
